Working principle and characteristics:
This machine adopts a high-speed rotating blade with a fixed blade for impact, shear and grinding. Not only does it have good crushing effect, but it also generates strong airflow in the chamber during crushing, which flows the heat from the crushing chamber and the finished product out of the sieve. The crushing fineness can be determined by changing the sieve. This unit utilizes the relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc to crush the material through the impact, friction, and mutual impact of the toothed disc. The crushed material is automatically collected in a bag by the action of centrifugal force, and the dust is filtered and recovered through a bag filter in a vacuum cleaner. The machine is designed according to the "GMP" standard and is entirely made of stainless steel material, with no dust flying during the production process. And it can improve the utilization rate of materials, reduce enterprise costs, and has now reached the international advanced level.
